Questions to Bresser ...

If you have a question to one of our products, please do not hesitate to contact the Bresser customer service. In the unlikely event that your product requires a factory maintenance operation or repair, you should first write or call the customer service before sending the unit back to us. Our service team surely can help you with your concern. Please state the detailed description of the fault and name your address, phone number and/or e-mail address.

The vast majority of repair or maintenance cases can already be clarified by e-mail or by phone - and can save you from having to return the product.

Warehouse Sale!

Every first Thursday of each month from 13:00 to 16:30 we offer a warehouse sale at our company headquarters in Rhede (46414), Gutenbergstraße 2. Please take into account, that we only provide a sound selling on these dates.
