Product registration for extended or premium warranty
Does your product have a logo for an extended (5, 10, 20 or 30 years) or premium warranty? If so, please take a moment to register your product within 3 months of your purchase:
- Complete the registration form. The fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory.
- Click on the “Complete registration” button.
- Keep your email confirmation for any future warranty claims.
Finished! Your product is now registered for the extended/premium warranty.
What to do in the event of a warranty claim
Please bring your defective device to your dealer during the warranty period together with your proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) and your warranty registration ID. If necessary, your device will be sent to us by the dealer, and we will repair or replace your device free of charge. The decision whether to provide a repair or replacement will be made by us.
If you purchased your device BRESSER please send us a precise description of the defect using our service form. Please also provide your order number, tracking number or customer number, as well as your warranty registration ID. After submitting these details, our customer service staff will inform you how to proceed.

The regular warranty term begins on the day of purchase. In order to benefit from the extended/premium warranty, you must register your product no later than 3 months after your purchase. Please note that the warranty does not cover defects caused by:
- Improper use
- Negligence or intentional damage by the customer or third parties
- Repairs or modifications by third parties not commissioned by us
- Modifications or damage caused by force majeure, such as adverse weather, hail, fire, power cuts, lightning strikes, flooding, snow, frost, animals, etc.
In addition, no warranty cover will be provided:
- In the event that the purchase receipt is illegible or incomplete.
- For damage that does not affect the usability of the device.
- For theft or other loss of the device.
Independently of the extended and premium guarantee, the statutory warranty rights also apply in the event of defective delivery. These rights are not restricted by the extended and premium guarantee.
