EXPLORE SCIENTIFIC Feather-Touch FTF2015BCR

The Feather-Touch focusers of Starlight Instruments have set a new standard in the worlds best focusers and are generally regarded as the gold standard for telescope focusers. Unmatched craftmanship allows for a maximum of precision even for heavy loads. For experienced astrophotographers the Feather-Touch focusers are the tool of choice - which resulted in a multitude of solutions from other manufactuerers that are compatible with the Feather-Touchs - such as motorized solutions for remote control of the focuser. The focusers are made of non-oxidizing materials only. This and a design that minimizes attrition makes sure that the Feather-Touch focusers will continue to work flawlessly even after many years of use. The elaborate manufacturing offers high rigidity and cannot be compared to the usual Crayford or linear bearing focusers. The Feather-Touch focusers are of course equipped with a 10:1 reduction. 

Fitting all Explore Scientific ED80/102/127 with 2.5" Hexafoc DeLuxe and all Bresser Messier with 2,5" Hexafoc. The optional 0625790 adaptor is needed to connect the focuser to the telescope. 

Fitting all Explore Scientific 10", 12" und 16" Explore-Scientific Ultra Light Dobson. Then the optional 0554050 adaptor is needed.
