How do I return my order?

Step 1: Click on the button below to go to our returns portal:

Step 2: Enter the email address you used to place your online website order. Alternatively, you can enter your online order number and the postcode of your order's original delivery address. Then select the items to be returned.

Step 3: You can now print out your returns label and submit your return details to the shipping service provider (e. g. DHL).

Note: Returns for bulky goods, such as paper background rolls (package length greater than 1.20 m) are unfortunately not possible via our returns portal. Please contact our shipping service for these products: versandservice@bresser.de.
