Die Gewinner unserer Attraktionen vom International SUN-Day 2015 stehen nun fest!
After the great success of last year's event, the nonprofit Charlie Bates Solar Astronomy Project (CBSAP) is calling on all solar observers for another global celebration of our nearest star.
From amateur astronomers to professional scientists, events are being organized for our life-giving star and are planned worldwide on that day. Objective will once again be to share the fascination of the sun.
BRESSER and LUNT are once again partners of this international project and we cordially invite you to our event on 21 June. We will setup numerous solar telescopes of Lunt Solar Systems with which the general public can glimse a view of the sun. Of course solar observers are invited to bring their own solar telescopes of any brand to our location.
In addition, we offer numerous other attractions for International SUN-Day:
Open House at BRESSER
Visit one of the leading companies in the optics industry. As a special offer on that day we will discount our entire range of telescopes, microscopes, binoculars, weather stations and many other products by 15% off the regular retail price. This offer is valid of course also valid for all LUNT Solar System telescope available from stock.
Sun Facts
On June 21, you can learn scientifically interesting and fascinating facts about the sun. We will have experts on hand for our customers who will present various solar multimedia presentations.
Solar energy
The IUZ Bochum and the company Tekloth solar technology will demonstrate the "making of" reusable solar solar energy. Exhibitions will include experiments, solar-powered electric scooters for children, to commercial solar panels... A family-friendly program has been put together by our team to make the day worthwhile for everyone. Highlights are: a children's inflatable bouncy castle, Segway test ride parcours, planetarium show and much more. Drinks, spit roast, sausages, ice cream and waffles will ensure the physical well-being of eveyone in attendance. All proceeds from our food revenues on that day will go to the aid project "one-dollar glasses".
