22 April is Earth Day!

In 1970, Earth Day started as a spontaneous student movement in the USA. By now, more than one billion people in over 190 countries show every year that they care about our home planet. After all, Mother Earth needs our help: Extreme droughts, forest fires, floods and other natural disasters are no longer exceptional events. They affect the lives of millions of people and show us that we need to change our behaviour and live in harmony with nature. That is why every year on 22 April numerous activities take place around the world focusing on environmental and climate protection. The events are intended to inspire us to adopt environmentally friendly behaviour in our everyday lives. After all, each and every one of us can make an important contribution.

Constantly keeping an eye on nature – BRESSER takes responsibility

Earth requires our support every day. That is why we are permanently committed to protecting the environment. For example, we do not use plastic in product packaging, reuse cardboard boxes several times, use document pouches made from 100% recycled film, reduce the amount of full-colour printed packaging and present our products in online catalogues. At our headquarters in the beautiful Münsterland, Germany, we are also committed to preserving nature: for over 10 years, we have been supporting the valuable work of NABU (Nature And Biodiversity Conservation Union) by donating money and equipment to the local association in Rhede. And for every Google rating by our customers, ReviewForest plants a tree at our expense in the northwest of Madagascar.
