Conditions of Participation

The participation in the lottery of Bresser GmbH, in the following called operator or organizer, is free of charge and is exclusively based on these conditions of participation.

Procedure of the lottery

The duration of the competition is from 11.04.2020, 00:00 to 12.04.2020, 23:59. During this period, website visitors can enter the competition online at www.bresser.de. A voucher code (discount) will be randomly displayed to website visitors, which can be redeemed in the shopping cart.

Participation

Participation in the competition is voluntary and the display of the discount code is automatically randomly generated at www.bresser.de. Participation is only possible within the participation period. The discount Coes can only be redeemed during the period 11.04.2020, 00:00 until 12.04.2020, 23:59.

Only 1 raffled voucher can be redeemed per participant.

Participation in the lottery is free of charge.

Eligible participants

Natural persons who are resident in Germany and have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of a special good or service.

Should a participant be restricted in his legal capacity, the consent of his legal representative is required.

Not eligible to participate in the lottery are all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the lottery and employees of the operator and their family members. In addition, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example

Winning, notification and communication of the prize

The following prizes will be drawn at random:

Discount codes above 5%, 10% or 15% - the lot decides which discount code is displayed.

The winners will be determined directly during the period on www.bresser.de after a random draw among all website visitors. The winners of the draw will be informed immediately on www.bresser.de with a reference to the discount code.

Exchanges, self-collection and cash payment of the prize are not possible.

The winner is responsible for any tax on the prize.

Termination of the competition

The organiser expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving any reason. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running according to plan.

Bresser GmbH reserves the right to cancel the promotion. This applies in particular if the action cannot run according to plan, for example in case of the occurrence of computer viruses, software and/or hardware errors and/or for other reasons that would cause a not only insignificant impairment. This shall also apply in the event that the execution is not only insignificantly impaired or excluded for legal reasons, as well as in the event of manipulation or attempted manipulation which influences the administration, security, integrity and/or regular and proper execution of the raffle.

No personal data is collected for participation in the competition.

The operator's lottery is exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal action is excluded.

Severability Clause

Should a provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions of these conditions of participation shall not be affected. In place of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision which comes closest to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same shall apply accordingly in the event of a gap in these Conditions of Participation.
