Don't be surprised that the magnification on the eyepiece is indicated with 10 times! The built-in objective lens has a 2-fold magnification. The combination of both results in a total magnification of 20x for the microscope.

The two-color object plate allows a wonderful view of very bright and very dark objects. The front is white, the back black. The contrast to the object plate is optimal for the borders of the objects.
