Do you have problems with the connection? Please read this list of hints to solve your problems:

Important: The system requirements for the Thermo/Hygrometer BT4 are: Smartphone or Tablet PC with Apple iOS or Android (version 4.2.2 or higher) and Bluetooth 4.0 Smart Ready (e.g. iPhone 4S or newer, Samsung S4 and HTC one or newer, Nexus 5, iPad 3 or newer, iPad air / air mini)

1.If the APP is running, every 5 minutes the data of the Thermo/Hygrometer will be processed. This data transmission is displayed on you mobile/tablet with "Reconnect", "Scanning" and "Connect.

2.If the APP starts for the very first time, the connection to the Thermo/Hygrometer will be established via Bluetooth and the current data will be displayed. On your mobile/tablet "Reconnect", "Scanning" and "Connect" are displayed.

3.If the APP is closed and afterwards opened again, the connection to the Thermo/Hygrometer will also be established via Bluetooth and the current data will be displayed. On your mobile/tablet "Reconnect", "Scanning" and "Connect" are displayed. There will not be a permanent connection to the Thermo/Hygrometer.

4.The APP is able to display up to three Thermo/Hygrometer. Data from only one sensor (channel) can be displayed, and every 5 minutes this sensor will automatically be synchronized. If you switch between sensor 1 to sensor 2, the current data eventually might not be displayed. A new data query will be accomplished to the next "full 5 minutes". With the icon "Reconnect" the data query can be accomplished manually - at every time.

5.The BT Thermo/Hygrometer functions in the meantime as the data logger and records temperature, humidity, and date/time every 5 minutes. The storage is capable to store data for about 42 hours. Afterwards outdated data will be overwritten. This data can be sent via e-mail from the APP.
