Switching to standard time is a breeze with BRESSER DCF clocks

The hour hand moves forward one hour - from 2 to 3 o'clock. For those with a timepiece that syncs with the DCF radio signal, you'll conveniently wake up to the updated time. Most of these models handle the time change seamlessly on their own.

If your DCF clock hasn't caught up yet, check out our handy tips and tricks to get it on track:

1. Wait 24 hours
Did you know that the DCF-77 time signal is continuously transmitted from Mainflingen near Frankfurt? To prolong battery life, radio-controlled clocks are synchronised only once around midnight. Therefore, it's possible that the time adjustment may occur the following night.

2. Remove batteries
If nothing happens after 24 hours, the time signal probably wasn't received. Please remove all batteries and reinsert them after 10 minutes. The device will then search for the time signal again.

3. Contact BRESSER Customer Support
