TIME CHANGEOVER 2022: WHAT DO I HAVE TO WATCH OUT FOR WITH THE RADIO SIGNAL?

It's that time again! The sun is shining, the tulips and daffodils are in bloom and it's time for the time change again. For those who can't remember whether the clocks are now set forward or back, this mnemonic may be a little help: "Time change works like the thermometer" - plus in spring and minus in winter.

This means, therefore, that the clocks will be set forward Sunday night from 2 o'clock to 3 o'clock.
With our clocks and weather stations with the DCF radio signal, this happens completely automatically and you don't have to do anything else.

If it didn't work out after all, these tips and tricks will help:

1. Wait 24 hours - Did you know that the DCF-77 time signal is continuously transmitted from Mainflingen near Frankfurt? However, to increase battery life, the clock is only synchronised at around 0 o'clock. Therefore, the time change may not be carried out until the following night, as the clocks are not changed until around 3 o'clock.

2. remove batteries - If nothing has happened after 24 hours, the reception of the time signal was probably missing. Please remove all batteries once for 10 min and reinsert them. Now the unit will re-record the time.

3. contact service - If the problem persists, we are at your disposal: Service
