Die Sonnenfinsternis dieses Jahres war natürlich auch bei den Fotos dabei. Der dritte Platz geht an dieses Foto der totalen Sonnenfinsternis vom 20.03.2015, die dieses Jahr bspw. wie hier auf dem Foto auf den Färöer Inseln zu betrachten war.

As part of the International SUN-Day on June 21, 2015 BRESSER and LUNT-Europe invite all photographers to take part in our solar photo contest. Once again we have attractive prices waiting for the winners:
1st Prize: € 500 voucher
2nd Prize: € 250 voucher
3rd Prize: € 100 voucher

Visitors on International SUN-Day will be able to participate as the final Jury and decide on which photos will be the winners.
Photos may be sent in of all H-alpha, Ca-K or white light photos that have been taken since the last International SUN-Day which took place on June 22, 2014, regardless of which instrument the photo was taken with. The image rights must belong to the person submitting the photos, especially for raw data and image processing. By submitting, we have the right to publish the pictures in our International-SUN-day action and for future promotions. The pictures must be received by Bresser GmbH no later than June 15, 2015 as a hard copy. The size of the printed photo must not exceed DIN A4. Photos sent via Email can NOT be considered and will not take part in this contest.
Each photo must include the full name and address of the sender accompanied by, as well as data recording (used Intrument).

All photos received by June 15th, will be presented on International SUN-Day and will automatically participate. All visitors can vote on 21 June on the images. The three photos with the most votes are the winners. If a prize winner is not personally present on June 21, he / she will be informed by us in writing.
We ask all participants of the competition to understand that we can not return submitted photos. Employees of BRESSER and LUNT may not participate in this competition.
